What is your turnaround time for wedding films and albums? ▾
We deliver your initial Sneak Peek gallery and Instagram Teaser within 5 to 7 days. Your complete color-graded high-resolution photo gallery is delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. Full cinematic documentary films and handcrafted Italian flush-mount albums typically take 5 to 8 weeks, as each frame undergoes rigorous color correction and sound mastering.
Do we receive all the raw unedited files? ▾
Yes! We provide all unedited original camera RAW/JPEG photos and full-length raw video footage on a high-speed hard drive, alongside your fully color-graded masters and private cloud gallery.
How far in advance should we reserve our wedding date? ▾
Prime muhurat dates during the November–February and April–June seasons book up 4 to 9 months in advance. To guarantee director Viru's personal presence and team availability, we advise reserving as soon as your venue and dates are finalized.
What is the booking deposit policy? ▾
Dates are officially locked upon receipt of a 30% advance booking deposit. 50% is due during the wedding event days, and the remaining 20% balance is settled upon delivery of the final master films and luxury printed albums.
